I attribute three to five sales per year to being a subscriber.
The additions come via referrals from past clients. They are impressed
that I can answer their questions "on the spot" and
they tell everyone about me.
Ascot access is a major factor. I would not want to be showing
homes without it!
Moreover, I find that I sell homes FASTER because I have marketing
information at my fingertips. My clients and I do not have to
"drive back to the office" to check newly-discovered
listings on a computer.
