Yes. You can search for sold properties or pending properties. The default search is for active properties, but you may select either sold or pending to override that.

If your buyers want to see how a certain street or neighborhood has been selling in the past 6 months, you can select sold and also the timeframe to answer that question immediately.

If you cannot find a property, check pending to see if it has changed status.
